Deity W.Lav Micro Microphone (Black – without Adapter)

The black Deity Microphones W.Lav Pro is a waterproof miniature lavalier microphone with a Microdot connector (IP57), designed to deliver clear, natural voice reproduction for film and video productions, even under challenging outdoor conditions. The 5.9′ cable features a Microdot connector for easy integration with a Microdot-equipped microphone transmitter or with Microdot adapters. With Deity Microphones Microdot adapters, the W.Lav Pro can be connected to Sennheiser locking 3.5mm, Sony UWP 3.5mm, Lectrosonics TA5F, Shure TA4F, various Lemo transmitters, and Deity Connect. (Note: Microdot adapters are sold separately.)

The W.Lav Pro’s pre-polarized condenser capsule provides an omnidirectional pickup pattern with a wider frequency response and higher SPL capability than the W.Lav microphone. The included foam windscreen helps reduce light wind noise and plosive sounds. Since the W.Lav Pro has the same size as a standard lavalier microphone, it is compatible with common accessories from LMC, Ursa Straps, Bubblebee Industries, and others.

With new digital wireless systems, RF interference can be an issue affecting lavalier microphones. We have added an extra layer of shielding to the W.Lav Pro’s cable to protect it from digitally modulated RF signals that could cause problems during your next shoot.
